Dear colleagues,
We are opening three postdoctoral positions of 30 months at QUEST (www.qu3st.es) in the University Carlos III de Madrid, within the European DIREQT diamond Pilot Line, which brings together leading institutions to develop color-center technologies.
The work: theoretical developments and use of NV centers for sensing at the micro- and nano-scale, quantum computing and quantum communications.
Profile: PhD in Physics or a related field; background in quantum theory/simulation. Experience with color centers is a plus together with expertise in quantum optics, quantum information and open quantum systems.
Details: Tentative starting date [Beginning of 2027]
