QTYR26, the Quantum Technologies for Young Researchers workshop, is a conference designed specifically for scientists in the early stages of their careers working in various branches of Quantum Science. It is held in Valencia from 22 to 26 June 2026.
The workshop offers an opportunity for postdocs, PhD and Master’s students to share their research in a supportive and inclusive environment, alongside a series of invited talks by experts in the field.
The programme covers quantum computing and quantum information, quantum optics, quantum communication and cryptography, quantum hardware and quantum machine learning, and includes keynote speeches, contributed talks, poster presentations, an industry focus session and a panel discussion on the role of companies in quantum technologies.
QTYR26 is organised by the PhD and Young Scientists in Quantum Technologies Network (PYSQT), under the umbrella of the Official Interuniversity Master’s Degree in Quantum Technologies created by CSIC and several Spanish universities.
