As part of the incoming Ramón y Cajal program, Javier del Pino will be joining the Condensed Matter Physics Center (IFIMAC) at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid to initiate a new research line on nonlinear quantum dynamics in driven-dissipative systems.
A fully funded PhD position is available starting in fall 2025 (flexible start). The project lies at the interface of quantum optics, condensed matter, and nonequilibrium physics, combining analytical and computational methods.
Looking for a motivated student with a solid background in quantum physics and a strong interest in theory and programming.
